Bootstrap has allowed us to create a scalable Web App which will resize to whatever screen size is being used, regardless of the device.
Our development environment is Visual Studio 2012 and we use TFS to manage all of our code and testing.
SQL houses all of the data Sniper needs, we also store all of our auditing data on our SQL Server.
Sniper is built in an Agile manner allowing our team to deliver usable features at frequent intervals.
